Woodland Valley Farm from Murwillumbah in The Northern Rivers follows regenerative farming practices and is completely off grid.  They produce free range chicken and duck eggs which are used to make their artisan pasta & sauces, inspired by Fabian’s Italian heritage.

This gluten free pasta has that extra rich texture from the duck eggs and a mix Australian semolina flour, which is milled to order, and Italian OO flour. This pasat is a full 1/3 eggs and Fabian guarantees it will be the best gluten free pasta that you will have ever eaten!!
