Brooklet Brie is our modern interpretation of the classic Brie de Meaux. Beneath its pure white mould rind, the paste softens as it matures, deepening to cream and gentle caramel tones. Expect notes of fresh mushroom and sweet milk, with a texture that becomes like heavy fudge over time.
